Three short, cheerful visits that teach a puppy the table, the water and the dryer before any of it matters.

A puppy's first real groom should be its fourth visit, not its first. We start with fifteen minutes of nothing much: the courtyard, the front room, a treat, a hand along the back. The second visit adds the table and the sound of the dryer from across the room. The third adds warm water and a comb. By the time a proper groom is needed, the whole thing is boring, which is exactly what we are after. Bookings are short and cheap on purpose so nobody feels they have to make the money back on the day.
