Full groom
Wash, dry, clip and hand-scissor finish, priced by size and coat type and shaped to suit the dog in front of us.
The whole thing: comb-out, wash, hand dry, body clip or scissor length to the style you asked for, feet and face finished with blunt-tipped scissors, nails, ears and pads done, and a comb-through at the end so nothing is left sitting in the coat. We work to the dog's tolerance rather than a set time, which is why we book fewer of them a day than most salons. If the shape you want is not achievable on the coat you have brought us, we will say so before we start and give you a plan to get there by the next groom.

How it works
- Agree the length and shape with you at drop-off

- Comb through, check nails and ears, and take a photo for your file

How long will my dog be with you?
Two to three and a half hours for most dogs. Drop off at eight and you are usually collecting before lunch.

Can I ask for a specific length?
Yes, and we write down the blade and comb we used so the next groom matches. Bring a photo if you have one.

What happens if my dog will not settle?
We stop. You collect a part-groomed dog and pay for what was done, and we try a shorter booking next time.
